Language Documentation
Preserving Our Language
We are dedicated to recording and preserving the language in its various forms - stories, ancient history, songs and conversations. These recordings are preserved online at the well-known digital language archive, ELAR. Our future generations will be able to view videos, hear audios and learn our language from the ELAR archive.

Scientific Study of Ĝusso
Linguistics in Our Towns and Villages
In this picture, Hema Delusow paints Dorjee's palate (roof of the mouth) black in order to obtain a linguagram. Linguagrams show which parts of the tongue are involved in pronouncing sounds. We studied the pronunciation of some difficult consonants and clusters with the help of linguagrams.

Language Teaching
One Step at a Time
Our mission is to teach everyone how to read and write Ĝusso.

If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.
